TERMS

Information & Terms: A non-refundable deposit and an authorized signature on your proposal will reserve your activities and date. The balance is due on or before the date of the event prior to set-up. We reserve the right to set appropriate rules of conduct and age/weight/time limits in order to best facilitate your event and maintain a safe environment. 

Cancellation and Rain Policy: This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given - at least 24hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 24-hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. 

 

1. The undersigned, as Lessee, hires Bouncers llc dba Bouncers Inflatables & Party Rentals hereinafter referred to as BIPR

2. The undersigned, as Lessee, hires BIPR as the Lessor, one_________________ unit, identification # __________________, Blower ID # ____________________. The Rental Fee as stated above is payable in advance from the time of commencement, start time to end time.

3. Delivery: To the (street address specified above by Lessee) Customer, Lessee grants Lessor the right to enter property at the said street address for delivery and subsequent pick up of the BIPR unit at the specified time. 4. GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE BIPR UNIT:

        a. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the BIPR unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the BIPR unit at one time are:

        b. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the BI&PR unit.

        c. To avoid neck and back injuries Flips Are Not Allowed.

        d. CHILDREN’S SAFETY DEPENDS ON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE BIPR UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDES IS YOUR                      RESPONSIBILITY,     *initials*

        e. Absolutely no “SILLY STRING, GUM, CANDY, FOOD, DRINKS” or other sticky substance are allowed in the BIPR unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be imposed.

        f. DO NO REMOVE THE BIPR unit from the place where it was installed. IF the BIPR unit moves, pull the corners back to its original location of installation. CAUTION: Keep the unit away from swimming pools

5. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION: The BIPR unit’s equipment is reliable. Should the BIPR unit begin to deflate. (1) The motor has stopped. In which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 100 feet extension cord for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the BIPR unit for snugness; (2) retie if necessary. (3) If you cannot correct the problem call 267.694.9750 .

6. SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operations of the BIPR unit that is the subject of this rental agreement. Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay four thousand ($4,000.00) dollars is said unit is not returned.

7. MAINTENANCE: Lessee agree to keep the BIPR unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear accepted.

8. ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: No alterations in or attachments to the BIPR unit will be made without prior written approval from the Lessor.

9. WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the BIPR unit leased under the Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement; the BIPR unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair of replacement of the BIPR unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to the warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, of any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages, including but not limited to , consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the BIPR unit

10. TITLE TO BIPR: Lessee agrees to keep the BIPR unit in his/her custody not to sublease, rent, sell, or remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such BIPR unit. The BIPR unit will remain on the property of the Lessee and may be removed by the Lessor at any time after the termination of the Rental Agreement.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessor shall be in charge of the BIPR unit’s operation and is fully responsible for its operation as well as the return of the BIPR unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and or agent is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other person using the BIPR unit, and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and it officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any cost incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fee and related costs involving the use and return of the BIPR unit, should legal action become necessary.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the BIPR unit that is the subject of this rental Agreement is in good working order and repair and this so acknowledge by the Lessee.

13. RAIN POLICY: During period of severe weather conditions (IE rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this Rental Agreement, there will be no refund! Deposit will only be refunded, due to bad weather.

14. ATTENDANT: If an attendant is required there will be a fee of $60.00 for up to 3 hours and $20.00 an hour thereafter.

15. GENERATORS: In the event a generator is needed, there will be an additional $75.00 charge added to the Rental Agreement.

16. CONCESSION MACHINES: Must be returned cleaned of a $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Machine should be cleaned with clean cloth and hot water only.

17. TABLES AND CHAIRS: Tables and chairs must be cleaned and returned in the order they were received. There will be a $25.00 restocking fee for each chair returned damaged and a $50.00 restocking fee for each table returned damaged.

18. GAMES: All games and game accessories must be returned in good and complete condition. . 

 

Lessor will: 
1. Provide the necessary power cords to reach a minimum of 50ft.
2. Deliver, set-up, teardown.
3. Carry a liability insurance policy covering our services & equipment. 

Lessee  will: 
1. Provide _*electric*__ 110volt/20amp electric circuits and 10/12 gauge cords for distances over 50ft.
2. Provide any required entrance and parking passes.
3. Provide a minimum of _*volnum*__ adult volunteer(s) to operate the activities.
